1.Monthly fee

• Data fee + Option fee + First-time administrative fee 3,300 yen

• Data fee and Option fee will be prorated.

• Universal service fee 3.3 yen* Telecommunication Relay Service fee 1.1 yen*

2.Payment Date

• Payment Date is 25th of every month. Customer should pay in advance. If we haven't received payment, it has been suspended.

3.Voice call fee

• If there are Voice call fee we will add bill for a month after next. We will charge 1000 yen (tax included)/once for voice call statement.

4.SMS

• Domestic 3.3 yen/message Overseas from 50 yen to 100 yen/message

5.Re-issue

• We will re-issue charge 2200 yen.(it will takes to get 1-2weeks)

6.Cancel fee

• Charge one month (not prorated)・monthly basic fee・data fee・option fee*・call/connect fee（It possible to charge voice call fee and SMS if you use. you can cancel in sufia mobile store or by phone call.

7.MNP

• It's not possible first month of the contract. It takes around 3days after request.

8.Data usage

• You can ask us by phone call or chat.

9.Data transmission speed

• If the monthly data limit is exceeded, transmission speeds will be restricted by the end of the month and will be lifted sequentially on the 1st of the following month.

10.Other NOTE

• Not allowed to use them for crime. We currently have a small number of staff, we may not be able to answer the phone right away. We recommend you to contact us by E-mail or chat.
